Tom currently serves as the Vice-President of medical stop loss insurance sales for Symetra's Benefits Division. His responsibilities include oversight and management of the distribution of Symetra's Medical Stop Loss product in the entire U.S. while also working cooperatively with his sales leader counterparts to assist in the distribution and cross-selling initiatives of the Symetra Group Life, Disability, Absence Management and Supplemental Medical product lines. He moved into this position in 2014.

Tom is a 1990 graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a B.A. in Economics, presently lives in Hingham, Massachusetts and is a member of the New England Employee Benefits Council, Massachusetts Association of Health Underwriters, and is a member of the Advisory Board for the South Boston Boys and Girls Club
